It’s this green tea stuff that is upposed to burn stomach fat. I saw the commercial but I can’t remember the name.

Is green tea good for you in that it can burn stomach fat? It’s supposed to have a nice effect upon your metabolism. A study by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, indicated that. They showed that green teas can help burn 35 to 40% more calories every day. So maybe there’s a part of your answer. I’m not sure which one you saw in the commercial though. Maybe it was green tea with ginseng.

It doesn’t matter because it’s a scam. Green tea extract does NOT magically burn fat or even help.
Does not work. Green tea actually does boost your metabolism, but only if you drink like six cups a day. You’d do better to watch what you eat and get some exercise.
There are several natural fat loss supplements you can take depending on how your body burns fat.
EGCG concentrations need to be around 270 mg… if you want it to work…

Probably magic fairy dust. There is nothing that you can drink that will target fat loss anywhere. If it were true, you’d have no problem remembering its name, because everyone would know it. If the FDA or AMA can’t substantiate its claims, then its just a marketing ploy.
Green tea is a great source of anti-oxidants and taste good, but its not going to defy the laws of thermodynamics that govern how we metabolize stored body fat.
