Will drinking 3 cups of hot green tea make a difference?
Okay, im 15 and im trying to loose about 10 pounds. I’ve changed my diet, I eat a grapefruit a day, and I’ve really cut down on the junk food.
I’ve also started drinking 3 cups of hot green tea a day, all between 3 pm and 8 pm. Will this make a noticeable difference in my weight?
Anything else I can do? Like green tea and grapefrfuit helps you loose weight, any other foods?

Well green tea speeds up your metabolism, so it could very well help you lose weight. Why not have your three cups at different intervals? Start with a cup in the morning with breakfast to kick-start your metabolism, have one right after school, and then one at nighttime to keep it going while you sleep (while sleeping, your metabolism slows down).
You can also try eating things like celery. It’s a debatable subject but celery is what some people call a negative food, meaning the amount of energy it takes to digest the food is greater than the amount of calories actually IN the food, therefor you lose weight by eating it.
Just remember that so long as you burn more calories than you consume in a day you’ll lose weight. Start doing some kind of cardio.
Eat a healthy diet in moderation. Talk to your parents, your doctor or go to Weight Watchers to learn about how to lose weight safely.
There is no magic bullet for weight loss. You have to learn to eat a healthy diet including all foods. Sometimes dessert too in moderation of course.
Certain foods DO NOT help you lose weight only a reduction in calories will. Drinking green tea isn’t a miracle drink it’s just tea. 3 cups is nothing and if you continue eating the same way you won’t lose a pound.
You don’t even need to drink the green tea. If the tea really worked don’t you think people would be guzzling green tea all day? Not to say green tea isn’t SUPER HEALTHY but it’s not a magic bullet. Changing your diet, eating less calories and exercise is the only way you’re going to lose weight.
