Will rubbing Green Tea bags on my face help with my acne?
I generally know that green tea is healthy overall for health, but will it help with acne if i rub a green tea bag on my face after i brew and steep it?
for further answers, lets assume i already eat healthy, wash my face twice daily, and am on prescribed pills and topical creams. This is to avoid monotonous and daily routines that generally avoid the question. Thanks.

I would say not, but if you DRINK green tea then that should definitely help. I noticed a massive improvement after I switched to green tea. Also, cut down on alcohol (if you drink), and get PLENTY of water each day!
I would also ask what type of soap are you using? I used every acne soap / facewash going for years, and then finally came across some advice which seemed to go against everything I learned in the past. I now just use a simple non-comedogenic (never sure if I spell that right!) soap, such as ‘Pears’ or similar. It really helped clear up my skin along with the other advice at the website. Seriously changed my life and I’ll always be grateful.
No.
i mean thats like saying if i rub vitamins on my face will it help me hun. I think if you wash your face daily, use a bit of night acne treatment cream, it will prevent and cure acne problems faster that rubbing tea bags on your face
If you wash your face daily, don’t touch your skin to much, use a good toner and moustirizer, as well as drinking plenty of water, i’tll be gone in no time.
As long as you can control your diet by cutting out greasy fatty meats and milk. Drink more water and eat more fruit.
You could try it…It would probably clean and dry up your skin a little. You might not see results for a while.
BTW, vitamins are often added to skin preparations. Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin E and Vitamin C are the most common. I thought it sounded it a bit weird, but I tried a cream with Retinol as a main ingredient (Loreal Line Eraser, unfortunately I can’t find it anymore, maybe they stopped manufacturing it) and it made my skin really nice and smooth.
No! Use Proactiv, superstars use it.
ive tried it, not long enough to determine results though. it cant do harm though because itll probably soothe the inflammation..but i dont think itll actually make it heal..the topicals should be doing that, just make sure you moisturize.
Hi. Green tea does have a lot of antioxidants, which is good for your skin..but may I suggest white tea to you instead? White tea has even more antioxidants than green tea, so it’s even better for your skin. I would suggest drinking white tea and then using the leaves with raw/organic honey to make a facial mask. Hope this helps!
